GIYOU voucher terms and conditions
- Choose the value of your voucher (5000 CZK, 10,000 CZK, 30,000 CZK);
- The voucher concerns the purchase of any silver or golden GIYOU flowers and vases online on www.giyou.cz or in the GIYOU GARDEN store, Jungmannovo nám. 765/5, 110 00, Prague 1. The voucher can also be used to pay for shipping;
- The voucher remains valid for 12 months after the date of its purchase;
- The voucher is electronic (a PDF file) and emailed to the electronic address stated in the order. On request, it can be printed and delivered to the physical address stated in the order;
- The voucher can be used to pay for a single order (its value cannot be divided between multiple purchases). The voucher cannot be used as a top-up card;
- The recipient will provide the voucher’s unique code in the order’s notes section. The voucher’s value will be deducted from the value of the purchase, and the adjusted order immediately dispatched;
- What will happen if you use the voucher for an order of a lower value than the voucher’s? The voucher can be used only once. This means you will lose the difference between the value of the voucher and the value of your order. You would do better to choose an additional product to use the voucher fully;
- Cash on delivery is not available if you are purchasing a voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money. After the voucher’s code is used to pay for an order, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used further. If lost, the voucher cannot be replaced;
- By purchasing the voucher, the purchaser agrees to these GIYOU gift voucher terms and conditions.
